Module 1 helps you to deeply understand your uniqueness, core motivations, strengths and weaknesses so that you can begin your industry research and informational interviews in the way that works the best for you.

Module 2 takes into account everything you have learned about yourself so far and helps you craft a highly motivating mission statement. The Zone of Genius workbook will help you maximize your strengths as we continue your industry research and outreach. 

Module 3 guides you to make concrete, actionable, and achievable goals so that you can actually achieve your big-picture vision. We also make actual industry outreach so you are building an invaluable network that will accelerate your job search. 

Module 4 guides to you summarize and organize the vast amount of research you have done so far, so that you can see a clear path forward. We also utilize the powerful tool of future visualization to help you connect the present information to your ideal future outcome. You will experience a great boost of motivation and empowerment with this module. 

Module 5 takes in everything you have prepared and research so far to finalize your professional documents: resume, cover letter, LinkedIn and thank-you letter. An additional look at your transferable skills will make sure your most important experiences shine through in your new job applications. 

Module 6 helps you construct a well-balanced 5-year life plan, which helps you have a long-term vision that will inform your current action planning. Module 6 is also the mid-point of the program where you get to slow down and look back on your achievements so far and reflect on where to go next. 

Module 7 helps you review and evaluate your current career readiness. In addition, we also look at your life habits in relation to your career development. We will continue developing good habits and eliminating the bad ones so your habits help, not hinder, your journey to success.

Module 8 ties together all the networking skills we have discussed and practiced since the beginning of the program and gives you even more networking strategies to really help you take it to the next level. After all the work you've done so far, it's time to shine and get the career you want! 

This module wraps up all the components of job search and career readiness. You will see clearly where you are, where you need to be, and work with your coach to figure out how to get there. Additionally, this modules takes a look at your holistic development to make sure you thrive in your job search journey with a great life balance.

This module wraps up the program by preparing you to launch into your career with great excitement, confidence and resilience. Get ready for all the alignment and abundance that you will receive as you work to make the world a better place. You have worked hard and deserve everything that is coming your way. 

We did it! At the end of the program, we will send you off with a thoughtful program recap of your milestones, thank you gifts, helpful tips, tools and resources. We will make sure that you're well-prepared for your next steps.
